Manual Osteopathy is a holistic form of treatment that addresses the underlying cause(s) of pain and discomfort. It is inquisitive, gentle, non-invasive and works in harmony with the body’s subtle rhythms. Osteopathy views the body as a unit whose parts are inseparable. Its goal is to restore equilibrium within each of the various systems (muscular, lymphatic, cranial, visceral) and promote overall vitality.
Manual Osteopathy may be effective in the treatment of the following:
Massage therapy is the assessment and hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions. It has the ability to relieve pain and improve mood.
CranioSacral Therapy is a form of assessment and treatment that utilizes a gentle, hands-on approach. Using a soft touch the practitioner releases restrictions to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
Patients are advised to wear loose-fitting, stretchy clothing.
Reiki treats the whole person including the mind and spirit. It has the potential to create many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

I am a graduate of The Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and have practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014. I graduated from The Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2019.
CranioSacral Therapy and its inherent respect for the body is the cornerstone of all my treatments. My additional training as a Manual Osteopath and Reiki Practitioner allows me to view my patients’ complaints through a holistic lens.
I pride myself on my ability to listen to my patients, keep an open mind and do my utmost to understand their goals and concerns. I incorporate assessment into every treatment and enjoy explaining (in layperson’s terms) how the body works.
In my spare time I daydream about Berlin (my ‘other’ favourite city), listen to vinyl and spend as much time as possible with my wife and stepdaughter.
I am licensed to practice as a Manual Osteopath through the National Manual Osteopathic Society.
The National Manual Osteopathic Society is recognized by the following insurance providers: Great-West Life, Green Shield Canada, Manulife Financial, Sun Life, Desjardins Insurance, Cowan Insurance Group.
Cash, Cheque and E-Transfer are preferred. However I am also able to accept credit and debit card payments. Receipts are provided for every treatment.
